Exercise:
Exercise is one of the most effective ways to release stress. It might seem a bit odd and contradictory, but physical stress on your body can be very helpful in reducing your mental stress. According to a study, people who do exercise regularly are less likely to experience stress or anxiety.

Ø Exercise lowers the level of stress hormones like cortisol.
Ø Exercise helps to release Endorphins, which are chemicals that act as natural pain killers and improve your mood as well.
Ø Exercise also improves sleep quality, which also helps to relieve stress.
